From the South Side, take Exit #11 off of I-895, bear right on Odonnell St. cut off. Turn left on Boston Ave. Turn right on Dundalk Ave. Turn Left on Holabird Ave. Pass Delvale Ave and turn right on Bayard Ave. (across the street from Howard's Pub). Bayard Ave. runs directly into the gym parking lot.
